Question bash: INPUT/OUTPUT error when remoting in

i placed my server (trustix linux -os) in remote and make all the connection.I used Puttt/SSH
to connect my server but giving "root --user and its password" putty automatically closed. If i given an wrong password the putty prompt is still there..but given the correct password puttt prompt automatically closed.

And i tried to connect through another linux server ; shows the
error /sbin/bash: INPUT/OUTPUT Error

Any one know why this happens...How can i resolve this problem....Help Me...

Post has same error message but seems to describe a different
problem - split out of the zombie thread to let it rest.
