Im using squid proxy server..i want to limit bandwidth for single user using squid proxy..could any one help me to do this..
im mostly pleasure if i can do this using webmin
You can not do that completely using webmin. It still does not support delay pools for squid that way it should. The best bet for you is to edit the files manually. It is the simplest way for you. Just a couple of lines of editing and you are done.

You are welcome. I am sure it will not take too much time for you to get used to editing files. Most of them are self explanatory with instructions in english.
