Question BAD block Image file s3c2440-IV board

I have a SBC2440-IV Single Board Computer which uses embedded Linux
2.6.13. I want to rebuild a new image file but after downloading the new
image file to the Board, it always shows a message " Some Bad Blocks " and restarts again and again.
I don"t know how to rebuild an correct image file. The old image does not
include USB-SERIAL PL2303 driver, so I have to enable this feature in a new image file.
Can someone help me to rebuild a new image file including PL2303 driver?
Or if someone has the linux 2.6 image file including PL2303 driver, pls
send it to me!
Thank you so much,
