Backup Linux with BackupExec for Win Server

Hi all,

I need to make backup for Linux Server.
This is the situation: I have a Linux server. I already installed the Veritas Agent for Linux. I have the Backup Exec 9.1 for Windows Server but I don't see the Linux server in the Backup Exec 9.1.

May somebody help me please? This is very urgent!

Thank you! Nanvil

You paid money for this, and they can't help you?

OK, sorry, not helpful. But, you need to provide more information if you want help here. You haven't said anything about your network, configuration, how the install went, how netbackup is configured, any error messages you got, etc. So, it's close to impossible to give any helpful suggestions.

Look at this link:

start your agent.be with -nd enabled and see what there is in your log files.

We solved almost al our problems this way.
