Automatically reboot my MBWE II White lights at a particular time

To automatically reboot mbwe II at a particular time . I have net work issues, rebooting solved the problem. So I want to reboot it at midnight. Is there any way to do this using scripts.

At least to stop transmission and check network ip ( I have DHCP enabled), or release/renew network connection and restarting the transmission at midnight!

I do not know which variables has the date/time values!!!

Thanks
