I dont like to compile source code and make and install all the times cause i am so lazy.....but when there aint any pakage manage like rpm or deb available and also no much time to do it.
therefore,i really hope to have a program that will automaticaly install from any source lin tar.gz or somethings...

where to look for such software ??

There is a tool called autopackage thats good for installing software. An alternative would be to use a distro such as arch or gentoo and maybe even freebsd because although you have to compile the software, the procedure is mostly automated and depndencies automaticlly resolved.

Gentoo has, IMHO, the best package management system out there, and it builds from source. I would seriously consider it.
