author of any manual pages linux

hello friends can any body tell me how to contact author of any man pages in the linux
(yes i have tried the address given in the bottom notes of the man pages but mails bounces
from the email ids)
as i need some help for a command (specifically a error screened when i issue
"ifconfig -6 addr add fec0:106:2700::1/64 dev wlan0" it gives "SIOCSIFADDR: No buffer space available"
can any body help me out
