Unhappy Audio/ video unsynchronized in dvd authoring


Ok, so i tried to use the turotial (on this site) to author a DVD, but when i put the audio and video back together, (after extracting them from the original avi file) then ended up unsynchronized....what gives? how do i fix this and what went wrong. I realize that this isn't enough information, but i dont know what to give. can someone please help? oh, here's a copy of what it said on the console from the start to now :
