Question Audio pronunciation at Merriam-Webster Online

Hi, there,

As a non-native English speaker, I need to check Merriam-Webster Online
frequently, Sometimes I'd like to know how to pronounce a word, but I have
trouble in getting the pronunciation online in my Mozilla 1.4 running on GNOME,
Mandrake 9.2. I have realplayer installed and can listen to online radio like
CBC news. Everytime when I click the audio icon right after the word, a small
window pops up without any sound after a long while. If I click "hear it again",
still no sound. But if I click "Click here to listen with your default audio player",
then I can hear the audio. I would be rather thankful if anybody can tell me how
to get the pronunciation immediately after clicking the audio icon.
Many thanks in advance!
