Hi,

well as it is said in you rmessage, you need to install kernel sources... so open a terminal, and type "uname -a" to know which kernel version you are running then you have to download the sources corresponding to your kernel version and then install them.
the problem is that I don't really know Suse but I know that they have useful tools to install packages... these tools are yum/yast... but i can't tell you how to use them

'cause intel does not only do processor... it does all sort of chipset like audio chipset
so your chipset is an intel one
