ATi X700

Hi, I read many and many of it, but it still do not work.
As you can see I have ATI x 700 graphic card, version of ubuntu (instaled right now from live cd version 7.10 (nothing updated - could be problem here ? I don´t thing so. )
but when I try enable this card in restricted hardware - it write :

xorg-driver-fglrx - is not enabled
pls help me. (more way if it possible to enable it.)

Have you considered using the open source ati driver? While the 3d acceleration is not as fast, it does not have the issues that the closed source drivers have. This is how you configure it.
