ATI radeon RPM install
 
Can someone give me a walkthrough of how to install and ATI radeon graphics card driver... i DLed the .run and .rpm ... dont know how to open either properly... im a total noob... the help would be greatly appreciated...


ALSO, how do i change from digital to analog output?
my boss was explaining how to but i had no idea... shes kinda a noob too...

Switching from analogue to digital is simply a matter of switching cables at the back of your machine - I think you need an LCD monitor and it should come with a seperate cable for this purpose.

Well, digital has many advantages - a sharper image, full use of a low response time for games and an image that fits exactly in the screen all of the time.

If you have the cable (it's more rectangular than the usual analogue one) then I can't think of a single reason to not switch.

im not sure that my graphics card suports it though... when i get my geforce ones it will (SLI) but that will be awhile...
