atheros 5006eg wireless does not work in ANY distro current gusty gibbon ubuntu

ok... im a newbie.. i installed suse, ubuntu, fedora...... went through all the forums tried madwifi tried ndiswrapper.. nothing worked.. now im going to start over again with ubuntu gusty gibbon.. installed ndiswrapper and tryed using net5211.inf and verytime i try i get the error message:

sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected (expecting "}")
module configuration already contains alias directive

ive tryed searching other forums.. come to a dead-end.. any help?

well just telling you that i install ubuntu, slackware for atheros ar5007 and its just worked with ethernet, same thing, ndiswrapper and madwifi latests versions never worked, i found some stuffs like this micro chips doesnt work with the pin 13, looks like somebody else works for them, not for me, im tryin to look for red hat version but it looks have some troubles with the video card, so, i guess it will be the same for every single computer that i would like to use.

If anyone knows about the linux driver web pages, welcome

wget "http://snapshots.madwifi.org/special/madwifi-nr-r3366+ar5007.tar.gz"
tar -xvzf madwi(hit the tab key)
cd madwi(hit tab again)
make clean
make install
exit

Reboot, and see what happens.
