There are so many ata6.00: status: { DRDY ERR } at the booting ,how to solve the problem?Which reason result it?

I would say problems with the drive, the cable connecting the drive or the interface. Google this, there are many hits for drdy err. Even at Linuxquestions has many threads that contain this string. Scroll down to the end of this page for a selection.

There dual os on my pc : one is win7 and other is debian8.
Why i can enter into win7 with no error info?
My drive is in good condition ,i think.
