Cool Ask PackageKit to Quit

In Opensuse,
When I launch YaST2 to install software,
it always prompts me this message:

Ask PackageKit to Quit
Yes No

I click Yes, but it is not quitting,
and installation can not proceed,

How to solve this problem?

Maybe you encountered a known bug that has been re-opened recently. See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=731450 for details. Someone suggests to remove PackageKit and if you actually don't need it, this seems a suitable solution. Take in mind that the packages:
Code:
PackageKit
PackageKit-backend-zypp
PackageKit-branding-openSUSE
apper
will be removed. The last one (apper) is the graphical interface for KDE (the icon you see in the system tray).

I think the packagekit takes time to refresh the repository,
now it has stopped.

I had refreshed my repositories, now the packagekit has stopped working.
Is this a bug?
