Angry ARG! Kernel Problem!!!!!

mk i need to upgrade to the 2.6 kernel from my current kernel (2.4.2) and in order to upgrade to 2.6 , i have to have the 2.4.21 header files

i cant find the header files anywhere!

please help!

the main reason i need to upgrade the kernel is because i have an Asus P4c800 mobo, and i need the 3c2000 drivers for my network card

the ones that came with my cd didnt work

so i though that some of the newer kernels could support my card

im a new linux user

You can get the source from www.kernel.org

http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/

But I'd look around for 2.4 modules/patches, these new kernels are marked unstable for a very good reason.

don't upgrade to 2.6 yet, not sure where this "nned" bit comes from... there may well be a 2.4.22 kernel availble for you though
