Those pages (that work) look like cases of bad coding more than anything else. It has nothing to do with IE or Linux. I don't see anything on those pages requiring IE, unless it's embedded in a javascript somewhere. There is no vbscript or anything like that.

The drivers license link has this in the code, wth?
