Here is my situation. No matter what packages I tried to install/remove/reinstall I can't get any player (banshee amarok rhythmbox exaile clementine) to sync with my iPhone. It was working once, out of the box, the first time I installed arch + gnome & gnome-extra. Then it stopped working. Now I got a fresh install again, and kde and when I connect the phone, i get the devices notification with 2 options. Open Gwenview for photos, or to browse with dolphin, but NOTHING shows on the media players.

I've tried loads of things, any help would be very much appreciated. I know that you'll probably ask for logs or stuff, so please ask for them and I'll post everything you ask me to.

So far what i've been able to do is to manualy mount the iphone doing this steps:

sudo usbmuxd -f -v

ifuse /media/iPhone

Doing this I got gtkpod to load my phone, i can play my songs, but whenever i try to sync adding songs it takes VEEERY long,
and my aim is to make it work with banshee, rhythmbox or clementine. If anyone knows anything about how to achieve that please help me
