You've got some sources messed up; post the results of the following command:
Code:
cat /etc/apt/sources.list

it should be safe to remove first two:

Code:
deb http://ftp.it.debian.org/debian/ testing main
deb-src http://ftp.it.debian.org/debian/ testing main

because they are also included in third and fourth

you should remove last one too:

Code:
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free

so, I think this would be solution:

Code:
# BASE REPOSITORY
deb ftp://ftp.it.debian.org/debian/ testing main contrib non-free
deb-src ftp://ftp.it.debian.org/debian/ testing main contrib non-free

# BASE SECURITY REPOSITORY
deb http://security.debian.org/ testing/updates main

# MULTIMEDIA
deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org testing main non-free
deb-src http://deb-multimedia.org testing main

you can find some great examples here:

To fix your problem this is all you would need in the sources.list you posted.
Code:
deb ftp://ftp.it.debian.org/debian/ testing main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/ testing/updates main
deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org testing main non-free
The issue you have is because you had part of the ftp.it.debian.org line in your sources.list twice.

Also due to Debian's new policy you don't really need the deb-multimedia line unless you are specifically wanting Windows codecs.

EDIT:Grange beat me to it. I wouldn't include the deb-src lines unless you want or need to download the source as well as the installable debs.
