Can anyone instruct me what should I check to increase the speed?The corporate internet speed is superb?But Why mine newly Fiesty machien is not able to go after 16%

Aptitude is faster than apt-get.

You have time out messages, suggesting either the server which you are trying to connect to is down, or some other network problem.

Can you please refrain from posting the same topic in different threads. You have already asked about the apt-get issue in other threads and you got several suggestions on how to resolve it.
