LinuxQuestions.org - apt-get install results : non empty dir

Hello,

1. I've just used apt-get install icewm-themes and I got the following message :

Di the new themes install somewhere. I can't really delete the icewm dir since my new version may be there -- i haven't checked yet.

2. I used apt-get to install an upgraded version of icewm-experimental yesterday. When i got the message "pakage retrieved, reading database" (something like that) I thought I could disconnect from the internet as I'm on dial-up.
Then I got the following (this is only part of it)

I had been downloading from a main debian mirror, nothing to do with that oasis thing.
Any idea what happened?

3. More generally when exactly is it safe to disconnect while using apt-get?
