apt-get install ??? how do i use it!! help plz
hey i need a little help
i am running mandrake and redhat on me pc's but i just moved 2 linux on my xbox it is cool i have linux debian installed "xdebian" and i need KDE on it becuase i just love KDE every one has done it b4 but i just cant find any help on apt-get and the apt-get website is down at the moment "for updates or somthing" if there is anyone that wants 2 help me plez do lol my xbox is on the internet and it is running well thanx :newbie: :newbie: :newbie: :newbie: :newbie: :newbie: Dean Sorraghan |
Which debian version do have? If you installed from cd then kde is likely to be on the cds. If you did a minimal install then you'll have to apt-get it off the net. It depends on which version of kde you want. I think the standard install for Woody is 2.2

i have xdebian for xbox xdebian 1.0.0.0 beta its the only one out yet.
and i cant do man atp-get becuase i dont have atp-get where can i download it from thanx |
