apt get for mandrake
 
Hi guys,

i downloaded the apt get rpm from rpmfind and installed it but when i come to try the commands in gnome terminal it says not found...

just wondering if there is anything else i need to do

im on mandrake 9.2 running gnome

Use urpmi, it is Mandrake's equivalent of apt-get. You can use urpmi from the command line "urpmi <packagename>" or from the mandrake control center. Directions on how to set up urpmi are here: http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon/
