apt-get, dpkg, jar, etc in Suse

I just installed suse 9.1 however, when I go to the Konsole and try to use dpkg, apt-get, etc I get command not found. How do I get these packages installed.

Thanks

Suse is an RPM-based distro,
apt-get and dpkg are for debian based
(*.deb files) distros.

you may want to use YAST.
This is the Suse way if installing and maintaining packages.
