Applying (or installing) Chinese keyboard layout for RHEL

Hi everybody,

I am now learning Chinese and using RHEL 4WS. I don't know how to install additional Chinese keyboard layout for my learning purposes. Can you help me?

Thanks

I'm Chinese, but afaik, there is no so called Chinese keyboard layout, we use standard en-us keyboard layout, if you want to input Chinese, just install scim, which is a universal input method platform and has lots of Chinese input method on top of it, such as scim-pinyin, scim-table etc.

An important note: to make Chinese input method work, you have to set your system locale to utf8.
