Application to convert MySQL files MYD, MYI, FRM to SQL text files ?

All is in the title :d

I'd like to know if there's a software of something which could convert those files initially in the mysql rep on the server to valid SQL files (eg my_base.sql) that I could import in php my admin after ?

Thanks !
