Application for validating the webcam

Hi all
I am working on OMAP3530 running Android Kernel running on top of it.I have a Logitech 9000 Pro webcam and have compiled the UVC and V4L2 drivers for enabling the webcam. When i plug-in the webcam the device entry for the webcam is getting created as /dev/video0.Now i wanted to test the webcam.Could anyone kindly tellme are there any applications available for testing the webcam?Or have i got to write application on my own for testing the webcam?

Thanks & Regards
Ananth
