Angry Application can be found after Slackpkg upgrade

After try slackpkg:
slackpkg update
slackpkg install-new
slackpkg upgrade xx (I try with firefox, kate and xpdf)
Then I cannot open these apps.

Kate give me "A KDE text-editor components could not be found. Please check your KDE installation".

And I don't know where apps locate. I don't know what I can do with this issue

After selecting a mirror in /etc/slackpkg/mirrors, the procedure is, as root:
Code:
slackpkg update gpg
then:
Code:
slackpkg update
then:
Code:
slackpkg upgrade-all
All applications should be available from the main menu.
Have you done a full install?
Have you looked at SlackDocs? All the information you need is there.

I don't read much slackdocs. I've just install Slackware for first time. I installed Slackware 2 times.
The 1st upgrade all packages. it worked fine. But It took so long.
So 2nd times, I upgrade with 3 apps for short. But I get unlucky. It does't work
