apache php


hi all
I have installed apache webserver with php , the problem i am faing is that certain php files are executed where are some are not. I really dont know the reason why. i installed all the supporting modules files of php still no luck. the files prompt me to download, when i access t through the browser. does any one know a solution for this.

No, since you haven't posted any useful details or provided complete information.

Version/distro of Linux? PHP? What information have you seen in the log files? What browsers have you tried? From what clients? If SOME of the pages work, and some don't, then you've obviously got differences between them...I'd start there.

Hi fernfrancis,

Can you detail exactly what you've done; as well as your distro details?

Also what php configuration have you done and "supporting" modules have you installed?
