apache on live distro?

I have tried a few live distro's where you can check out the OS from the CD. The live CD is almost the same as the OS when you install it on the hard drive except that you get to run it from CD. However, I haven't seen a live distro out there that can run an apache server from it. Has anyone seen such an option on any of the live distro's yet?

thanks

I downloaded Knoppix and tried it out. I couldn't find the apache program file, like there is one on red hat where you can start apache through grapihical interefece. However, Knoppix does have apache folder in the /etc/apache with the httpd.conf and other associated files. How would I start apache? I guess I have to type something in the console terminal in order to get the apache running since it doesn't have a program to start it.

thanks
