Apache configuration for request tracker 4.0.1

Hi there,

I have recently installed RT-4.0.1 on my CentOS distribution. I have not been able to access the web user interface even though I've configured the web server every other way. Here are my /etc/httpd/conf.d/rt4.conf and /opt/rt4/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm files :

(/etc/httpd/conf.d/rt4.conf):
# RequestTracker
<Location /rt>
Order allow,deny
Allow from all

SetHandler modperl
PerlResponseHandler Plack::Handler::Apache2
PerlSetVar psgi_app /opt/rt4/sbin/rt-server
</Location>
<Perl>
use Plack::Handler::Apache2;
Plack::Handler::Apache2->preload("/opt/rt4/sbin/rt-server");
</Perl>

# force rt over https always
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} rt
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/$1 [R,L]

(/opt/rt4/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm):
Set($rtname , "axxentis.com");
Set($Organization , "Axxentis");
Set($MinimumPasswordLength , "5");
Set($Timezone , 'US/Pacific');

Set($DatabaseType , 'mysql');
Set($DatabaseHost , 'localhost');
Set($DatabaseRTHost , 'localhost');
Set($DatabasePort , '');
Set($DatabaseUser , 'rt_user');
Set($DatabasePassword , 'axxentis');
Set($WebPath , "/rt");
#Set($WebDomain, "axxentis.com");

Set($WebPort , 80);
Set($WebBaseURL , "https://axxentis.com");
Set($WebURL , $WebBaseURL . $WebPath . "/");
Set($DatabaseName , 'rt4');
Set($RTAddressRegexp , '^rt(-\S+|-\S+-comment)?\@(www\.)?axxentis.com$');
Set($CorrespondAddress , 'no-reply@axxentis.com');
Set($CommentAddress , 'no-reply@axxentis.com');

help please!!

You have 3 or 4 threads open on this topic. Can you please stop double
posting? I merged two of them, to contain the clutter.
