Apache 2.0.59 and PHP 5.2.0 problem in Fedora Core 4

Hey Everyone,

I have apache 2.0.59 installed on my Fedora Core 4 machine and it works properly except for the fact that I cannot get it to load the php5.2.0 module. in the httpd.conf file i have the line

LoadModule php5_module modules/

however when i try to run the command

$ ./apachectl start

i get the following error

Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/ into server: /usr /local/apache2/modules/ cannot restore segment prot afte r reloc: Permission denied

I've been searching trying to figure out how to fix this, but no luck, any suggestions for me?

if you get a "permission denied error" you have to change the permissions of the file...

sorry - i was wrong - but
did you run the command as root? if not you should.

SO actually the solution to this problem turned out to be in the file, so all i did (after searching for an answer for days) was to go to where installed php and found the module and executed the following command

$chcon -t shlib_t

Then move that file into the apache modules section and everything suddenly works great.

So there's the answer.
