Apache 1.3 on Fedora Need MUCH HELP!!!

I need help downgrading to Apache 1.3 on fedora. I have no clue what I am doing can someone help me? I need to set up a webserver Apache1.3/mod_ssl/mod_perl can some one give me a starting point I am a unix/linux NOBODY this is my first linux box, please help me. I dont know where to start.

Is there a particular reason that you want to downgrade to 1.3? Fedora already includes the other two pieces.

I am building a Kiosk for conference room scheduling and the calendaring software I need to run requires me to downgrade. I talked to the developer and he told me that It would not work on apache 2
