Do you mean fiber channel networks running IP? Or do you want to adapt NS2 to simulate SCSI protocol? Usually I can guess what someone is trying to do but in this case I'm baffled.

It is for implementing SCSi or ASM
 
I need to implement ASM or FC AE on it but it might also be enough if I can run SCSi protocol. Can you help me with that?
