i've been playing around with Samba and i've changed my smb.conf A LOT.. i have things going properly but i want to have the original for back up just in case i screw something up.. either email it to me or post it here please
this is what i got:
# slocate smb.conf
/etc/pam_smb.conf
/etc/samba/smb.conf
/usr/share/doc/pam_smb-1.1.7/pam_smb.conf.example
/usr/share/doc/samba-3.0.0/docs/docbook/smbdotconf/smb.conf.5.xml
/usr/share/doc/samba-3.0.0/docs/docbook/smbdotconf/split-original-smb.conf.xsl
/usr/share/doc/samba-3.0.0/docs/htmldocs/smb.conf.5.html
/usr/share/doc/samba-3.0.0/docs/manpages/smb.conf.5
/usr/share/man/man5/smb.conf.5.gz
the /etc/samba/smb.conf IS the one i've been configuring. none of those other files are the original either.
