any known wireless cards for fedora core 3?

Basically my question is the subject. I'm wondering if anyone here knows a wireless card that will work with Fedora Core 3, preferably 108Mbps or at least 54.. I didn't know if I should put this in Hardware, Networking, or here.. but since I am using Linux for the 3rd time, but this time hoping to get ONLINE , I am a newbie. I've got about 12 tabs open about cards that will work with FC3, but none give straight answers.. I see Atheros based cards have worked once ppl used ndiswrapper, but no specific card was mentioned, so I found this one
www.dlink.com/products/?pid=12
but then I search for DWL-G520 Fedora core 3 , and everyone seems to have problems with it.. so that's why I'm here asking . If you do know of one, thanks very much!
-and if you know of one that happens to be in Best Buy stores (like that D-Link), that would be awesome.. [I work there, discount is sweet]
{(first thread, many to come if linux works out)}

If you are looking for a specific chip, I'd stick with Netgear. They apparently don't change the chip within the same card, for example, my WAG511 has an Atheros chipset. This means any WAG511 will have that same chipset. Check out Finegan's wireless post for the link and more info on setting up wireless in Linux. Your PrismGT cards supposedly work out of the box with a 2.6.x kernel.

Cool

Yea I've read a bunch about the cards, the thing is.. my Belkin P.O.S. card has never worked with any linux I've tried.. hours of working on it.. never got anywhere. So I'm trying to find out a card that I KNOW will work when I install FC3, so I don't waste time/money.. Buying wireless NICs all the time isn't my idea of a good time with Linux .... but I don't care what I have to do to get it..
--this NIC looks awesome though

It does indeed. And it's only 80 bucks!

Check out Finegan's link in the wireless FAQ, it's really the best way to find a chipset that will work.

Cool
