Anonymous admin for Red Hat Directory Server
 

I have 3 instances of Directory Server in RHDS, where o=NetscapeRoot is present in 1st Server instace(for example). I want to create an anonymous admin with read-only permission which can access all the entries, including the entries of other two server instances like cn=Directory manager. Please give the steps of how to do it.
I have tried as instructed in the RHDS guidelines, but it cannot access other two server instances entries.
