Anjuta, C++, VB

Im a newbie in linux

recently a downloaded anjuta by add/remove

so I try a simple program (Hello world)

#include <iostream>
....
....
}

but then, when i finished writing I saw theres no place to compile, debug, run, etc.

I must download from Anjuta Official Site?

Is Anjuta the best IDE for Linux? No? Which one?

is Visual Basic programming in Linux? No? similar one?
