amarok cannot write to ipod
I know nothing of computers/linux, and I'm still learning how to get around ubuntu.
I have been using the application amarok with my ipod, and it has been working just fine, adding/removing/renaming/playing music right off my ipod (which is not jailbroken, and I don't know what that means or how to do it). I've been using .wav files, because those seem to be the only ones that both amarok and my ipod like(d).
However, amarok today has stopped transferring music to my ipod, giving me the message "Could not write to /media/ipodsname/ipod_control/Music/F28/kpod0929178.wav" amarok then has the bar at the bottom right corner at 0% permanently, and the bottom left message "transferring tracks to device". I press the "abort" button, and the 0% bar goes away, but if I try to write to the ipod again, I still get a "Tracks not being copied: The device is already being copied to" message, until I force quit amarok and start it again.
thanks in advance
