Am I missing some stuff in /build/ ? Kernel Headers?!?!?

Ok, I tried to look for other topics on kernel headers but nothing else I found gave explicit instructions. Here is my problem, in the /build directory, there is supposed to be a config file and /include directory, but neither is there. The only thing there is module.symvers

I need these files to be there becasue apparently they link to the kernel which is required for me to install both ndiswrapper and ieee80211 files.

I am running Suse 10.1 with KDE 3.5.1

Any help in finding/getting these "kernel-headers" would be MUCH appreciated.
