(alt+f) + enter url default location

Hello All:

When I press alt + f and then hit enter twice my browser (either netscape 7.1 or mozilla) opens to its homepage. How do I make it open to its current location? For example, if I were at:

wired.com

then (alt+f) + enter + enter should open to:

wired.com

rather than--say--latimes.com

Does someone know the answer to this>

thanks.

Ctrl + L , Ctrl + enter.

Ctrl-L selects the url of the current page and Ctrl-enter opens a new window at the selected url.

*One problem if you hate toolbars, Ctrl-L brings the location toolbar back. I guess you could do alt + v, w, n to remove it,
making this the ever-so-handy Ctrl +L, Ctrl + enter, alt +v,w, n. combination.

when you open a new window, it is in the preferences to go to the homepage when the browser opens...
if you go to edit --> preferences --> navigator
you will see how there is three options
1) open blank page
2) open home page
3) last page visited
the one in bold is the one you have it set on...
so the only thing i can think of is to set it on "last page visited" and whenever you open a new browser the page you are presently on will obviously be the last page visited so in turn when the new browser opens it will be the same page...

the only issue with this option, is that when you close mozilla and reopen it at a later time, whatever the last page is, is the one that will be opened and not your homepage..
