allow specific ip to browse the block site

I've just block some sites. I get the replies from your site on how to block. Now there are certain IP (boss pc) that should access the site that was block. How could certain IP can access those site now?

Explain ** how ** you are blocking sites, and then it will be possible to explain how to make exceptions by IP.
