Hi all, i have downloaded and decompressed quite a few icon themes but control center says all of the .theme files are not valid im on slackware 10.1.

Do you download a compressed file, try to uncompress it and then try to install every .theme file individually? If yes, it's wrong. Try to use the whole uncompressed file (a tar.gz maybe?)

I download the .bz2 file, decompress it which puts it in its own folder, with folders for each size icon sets, below the folders for each size there is a .theme file, i go into control center, icons, install new, browse to the .install file and it tells me that it is an invalid file. tried it using root but get the same error.
