Angry All Happened After installing WinXP

Hi To All,
my problem in general is that after installing winXP my grub loader
is lost.so that i cant boot my linux partition.
my harddisk is seperated into four parts first 3 is for win and the last is for redhat 9.0.
i can solve this problem by installing linux again but it requires 1.5 hours ( i am installing all programs) so that i dont want to install it .
is there any method to take grup loader back or to boot linux . if anyone tell me how i will be pleased.

Get your Red Hat cd, and boot into rescue mode (type 'linux rescue' at the 'boot:' prompt). Then run the command 'chroot /mnt/sysimage' . Then run 'grub-install /dev/hda' as root.
