If you choose to ignore warnings then you have to accept the consequences.

Unlikely. The potential errors that required fixing are numerous - you may have truncated files, or files that contain block(s) (inode) from other files.
Way too hard to diagnose. If you don't have a good backup, you'll be looking at a re-install.

Try to boot from a live cd, and see if you can access the drive.
Take a look at puppy or dsl.

As suggested by repo, a liveCD is the easiest and most convenient. It will quite often (usually) allow you to mount and look at the files.
The problem is, that you can't have confidence that all (any) of the files are complete and/or valid.

Your choice.
