after installing yum.. should i remove up2date?

i have RHEL 4 AS(no subscription to RH).. i installed YUM - should i remove up2date(it requires RH subscription doesn't it?) i might as well remove it...

also i'm having difficulty with YUM... it tells me

Code:

Config Error: Insufficient repository configuration. No repositories Found/Enabled. Aborting.
where can i find repositories?

No need to remove up2date, although you can if you want to. Keeping itwon't hurt anything. You might want to use the CentOS repositories since CentOS is a RHEL compatible distro (built from the RH SRPMs with the Red Hat logos etc. removed). I think there are instructions for setting up Yum ontheir site.
