Unhappy After burning Ubuntu CD, it does not get installed and giving error message while boo


I have downloaded Ubuntu from a CD and burned it using Infrarecorder. When I tried to boot my netbook(Samsung N 140 with Win XP OS preloaded), it gives error message .
i have tried the process several times and spent lot of time but to no avail.
PL HELP

You left out the key ingredient: What is the error message?? Please copy/paste or do your best to provide us with the exact error message(s) that occur when you try to boot the CD.
