ADSL PPPoE Newbie trouble..

I installed rp-pppoe, and the modules for my network card, and even though when I run "adsl-start", it tells me it's connected, I found that I cannot ping or lynx to anywhere at all..

On ifconfig -a, the card (eth1) as well as ppp0 shows up. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm using Debian..

so, you've tried pinging using only an IP address? it's not a problem with your dns settings?

Hello Smurf123,

Do you have two network cards in your computer? IF so make sure that you connected to the right port.

eth0 is your first Network card and eth1 is your second network card.

With kind regards,

Richard
