Adobe Flash Player Installation

I'm using Basic Pioneer. I was trying to install Adobe Flash Player but I didn't now how to do it. Please I'm asking for instructions. The PC has a dual partition: Win XP and Pionner Linux.

sudo aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree
