Adjusting fonts in XFCE

I'm using Xubuntu 7.10 with XFCE. The fonts in the Firefox menu and other windows is too tiny. If I adjust it using the "User Interface Preference" setting, then the main menu and other fonts are too big. How do I adjust these two sets of fonts? Thanks.

No. It's effecting other program fonts as well.

I seriously doubt that. Adjusting the fonts using firefox preferences will only have effect on how websites are displayed.
You may need to do a software upgrade - normally the fonts in _all_ applications menus, window titles ... are the same - and you set these using the preferences you mentioned. (An exception are KDE/QT applications which need special treatment).
